Providing this website

This website consists of static pages. Fonts, images, product videos and brochures are loaded from the same server as the website. The website code does not incorporate analytics or marketing tools and does not store any persistent marketing preference. IONOS server-side hosting statistics are separate from this.

When accessing a web server, technically necessary access data such as your IP address, access time, requested file, browser information and error status may be processed to deliver the website and safeguard its operation. This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes technical visitor data to provide, secure and maintain the stability of the service. According to the provider, visitor data is anonymised and stored for eight weeks; IONOS WebAnalytics also performs statistical analysis. This may include browser and operating system details, the requested file, referrer, access time and anonymised IP address. Telephone and email links open the corresponding application on your device. If you email or call us, we use the contact details and enquiry information you provide to respond to your request. For contract-related enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business enquiries, it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in reliable communication. We retain data only as long as the relevant purpose and applicable retention obligations require. Please do not send patient data through these contact channels.

Maintenance and service via Terminland

The service link leads to the external Terminland website. Information on data processing there is available within the booking service. General provider information is available at Terminland privacy notice. This website does not load Terminland in the background or embed a Terminland player.

Optional company film on YouTube

The YouTube player is loaded only after you select “Load company film from YouTube”. By activating it, you consent to loading the player and the resulting data transmission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; where storing or accessing information on your device requires consent, Section 25(1) TDDDG). This establishes a connection to Google/YouTube; in particular, your IP address and technical device information may be transmitted. The embed uses youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may still process data and store information on your device after activation. Transfers to countries outside the EU cannot be ruled out.

You can remove the player by selecting “Close YouTube player”. This does not reverse data transmissions that have already taken place. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.

Images, product videos and brochures

Product images, The Wall videos and brochures are provided by the website server. The information on providing this website applies when playing or downloading them. No YouTube player is loaded for this purpose.

Cookies and storage

The website code does not set its own cookies or use persistent local storage. Your decision to load a YouTube player is not stored permanently. Processing by an external player that you activate is separate from this.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to certain processing activities.
